This notice explains what personal information FirstLaunch AI (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects when you visit our website or contact us, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the rights you have over it.
We process personal information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. For the purposes of that law, FirstLaunch AI acts as the Personal Information Controller for the data described here.
By using our website or submitting our inquiry form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this notice.
02Information we collect
Information you give us directly.
When you submit our “Book a scoping call” inquiry form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Details about your project or idea that you choose to share
We only collect what you choose to enter in the form.
Information collected automatically.
When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. Through this, the following may be collected automatically:
- Pages you visit and how long you stay
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Your device type, browser, and operating system
- How you arrived at the site (for example, a search engine or a referral link)
Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. See Section 8 for what that means and how to opt out.

We use the information above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss a possible engagement
- Understand your project so we can scope it properly
- Keep a record of inbound inquiries so we can follow up

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.
04Our legal basis
Under the Data Privacy Act, we rely on the following grounds:
- Your consent and our pre-contract discussions, for the information you submit through the inquiry form. You give this information so we can respond and explore working together.
- Our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website, for the analytics information described above, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
05How we store and share your information
The information you submit through our form is stored in Google Sheets, part of Google Workspace, which we use to receive and organize inquiries.
Website usage data is processed by Google Analytics.
In both cases, Google acts as our service provider and processes the data on our behalf. We share your information with Google only to the extent needed to run these services. We do not share, rent, or sell your personal information to any other third party.
Because Google operates globally, your information may be stored or processed on servers located outside the Philippines. Google maintains its own safeguards for the data it processes.
06How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that relationship and a reasonable period after, for our records. If an inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we remove it once it is no longer useful. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 7).

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal information is collected and used
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or outdated information
- Object to or withdraw consent for our processing
- Request erasure or blocking of your information where the law allows
- Data portability, where applicable
- Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission, and to be indemnified for damage caused by mishandling of your data

08Cookies and analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, which places cookies on your device to measure how the site is used. These cookies do not identify you by name. They help us see which pages are visited and how people reach us.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
09Children
Our website and services are intended for business founders and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
